Each week I create a new and delcious plant-based menu. I post the menu here on Fridays.

Place your order before Saturday at noon. You can purchase meals individually or enjoy more and save $ by purchasing all 4 for the week.

Meal delivery takes place on Tuesday from 12 pm to 6 pm. Delivery zone: South of Eglington to the lake, East of Keele, West of Coxwell

Enjoy the meals throughout the week. Our food is delivered fresh and should be eaten by Sunday end of day.
